Glossary of New and Redefined Terms

Abstract Logic Constant: A fundamental abstraction, which signifies that the operation of logic in any phenomenon is constant. Any phenomenon can only come into existence and operate if it is logical but when logic become specific in a certain form, then it does not remain a constant, because the form by definition cannot be constant. That is why we are calling it an abstraction.

Aesthetic of Nature: The criterion in the Universal Logic Process (see below) of ‘preferring’ the Dialectic of Harmony (see below), and being ‘averse’ to the Dialectic of Contradiction (see below).

Cellular perception: The bio-chemical process of sensing and perceiving external stimuli and environment, which emerged in the first living cells. Developed sensory perception through sensory organs in advanced animals and then human beings evolved from this basic mechanism.

Conscious Dialectical Process: The dialectical process of motion, interaction, interconnections and evolution (of new forms and processes from within the old) in which evolved human knowing and doing capabilities to intervene and change mental, social and natural processes become the primary driving factor in its functioning and evolution.

Conscious Energy: The mental energy forms that will become intelligent of their own as well as Nature’s origins, working (structural and functional mechanics), and evolution (hitherto and future). And also capable of applying that intelligence to bring qualitative changes in all phenomena.
Dialectic of Contradiction: The dialectical process of motion, interaction and evolution of Nature defined and dominated by conflicts and contradictions within and amongst phenomena due to absence of knowing (in the form of evolved human consciousness). However, conflicts and contradictions are not a fundamental component of the dialectical process itself (as proposed in Marxist Materialism) but a consequence of its unconscious state.

Dialectic of Harmony: The unfolding dialectical process in which an evolved human consciousness (as a product of the next stage of its evolution) becomes its integral component. Resulting in a more harmonious and dynamic interaction and evolutionary progression of phenomena (internal and external) towards qualitatively new levels of integration, efficiency and productivity, which minimize contradictions (pain) and maximize harmony (happiness).

Emotive programmes: Mental programmes (see below) of elementary (in pre-human species) and developed (in the human stage) likes and dislikes or preferences and aversions.

Energy packet: The manifest form of any energy has multiple properties and functions within it. If viewed in terms of its various constituents, then what we have is an energy packet.

Evolved Intelligence: The mental capability of reasoning which will emerge out of combined holistic understanding of the internal processes of the mind, social processes and the macro process of Nature based upon contemporary knowledge about all these objective processes.

Fundamental energy state: The pre-particle massless state of energy (including motion and logic) existing at its most basic and irreducible level, in the pre-big bang period.
Fundamental Evolutionary Logic: The primary logic of the overall evolutionary process operating in Nature, which encompasses and determines the processes of formation, stability, disintegration and evolutionary change in phenomena.

Gene-based mental processes: Mental processes and functions made on the basis of the codes/templates contained in the genes for the formation and functioning of mental processes of living things. The operation of all these functions is circumscribed and therefore dominated by these templates. However, this is not a fixed process and has the capability to upgrade and change in face of growing problems of survival in relation to a changing environment. Thus both the genetic templates and the mental processes they produce can be modified and changed.

Gene-based software: The software and programmes made on the basis of the codes or templates contained in the genes for the formation and functioning of the physiological and mental processes of living things. The operation of all these functions is circumscribed and therefore dominated by the genetic software/templates. However, it is not a fixed process, but has the capability to upgrade and change in face of growing problems of survival in relation to a changing environment, wherein the genetic templates change and become elaborate

Happiness system: A hierarchical system emerging from an intelligent organization and pursuit of one’s pleasures and desires, based on the criteria and scale of the intelligent process, derived from the Aesthetic of Nature.
Identification software: A mental software which enables identification of perceptual data at the mental level according to an existing library of classification. This would have been one of the initial software to have evolved in evolution.

Intellect: The mental process of continuous inquiry, which is not driven by the needs and motives arising from gene-based software but questioning based on the desire to understand how phenomena exist and operate objectively in Nature. For this purpose, it employs the dynamic mental processes of reasoning through steps of observation, classification, inference making, hypothesizing, experimenting testing and verification.

Intellectual methodology: The discipline and method of the working of the intellect as described in our work.

Intelligence: The mental process, which is primarily used as a problem-solving tool for the subjective needs and agendas of an individual specimen (and groups). Its functioning at the human stage involves reasoning/analysis based on data inputs from many departments of the mind, and then processing of that data and drawing conclusions for doing in accordance (not rigidly) with the subjective Gene-based Software. In elementary life forms intelligence functions are based on few data inputs, and hence simple processing.

Intelligent process: The post programme stage of Nature, which has emerged with the inception of human intellect. We would like to clarify that the intelligence capability is already there in the programmed process stage, but it could not be the primary characteristic of living forms at that stage and could only be a tool for the programmed process. But now by classifying the intelligent process as a separate stage we are saying that the Intellect will become the primary character of the human biological and mental systems at that stage. The random and programmed processes will also remain operative within the individual but the primary drive for all the systems will be the intellect and not the genetic software systems.
Intelligent subjectivity: A developed stage of subjectivity which uses advanced intelligence, reasoning and knowledge gathering processes as tools for the needs of our primary gene-based mental software, (see below) and its secondary forms like ideas, motives, feelings, etc. This intelligent subjectivity is unintelligent about the causation and mechanics of its primary and secondary forms.

Macro scale of happiness: Happiness scale of the Universal Logic Process (see below) derived from its agenda of moving from the dialectic of contraction to the dialectic of harmony, which will get concretized through becoming the scale for the intelligent process evolving in man.

Mature Rationality: A comprehensive process of knowing and intellectual reasoning which encompasses for the first time a many-layered, in-depth understanding of mental processes as objective phenomena in addition to the existing macro and micro phenomena which have so far been the domain of philosophical and scientific rationality.

Mature Rational Model: A new system of cultural frameworks and social, economic, political institutions for man’s individual and social existence based on mature holistic rationality.

Mental complex: Mental systems like perception, cognition, emotional process, problem solving, imagination, memory, doing/Will, operating interactively as a dynamic integrated complex, having a logical structure and interconnections, and the capability to change and grow over the course of its evolution.

Mental genes: The massless-energy-based templates in the brain genes, which determine the formation and functioning of the various mental functions and processes.

Mental Genetic Programmes: Those mental programmes whose templates or designs come from genes.

Mental hierarchy: The hierarchical organization of specific mental process/functions in accordance with the basis design purpose for which these processes were created in the first place. We have a current unconsciously made hierarchy derived from the genetic software based individual centric agenda. Our mental priorities in terms of specific emotional items (motivations, feelings) and ideas are currently formed and operating on the basis of the design coming from our programmed process. Which is actually not really design based hierarchy but a default state, which in concrete operation becomes mental anarchy. We need an intelligent and conscious designed purpose for establishing a more efficient and effective hierarchy between our mental processes and functions for carrying out a more complex level of thinking and doing.

Mental Mechanics: The logical structure and interconnections of the different mental processes and the stages and steps of their interactive and integrated functioning.

Mental Mechanism: A mental system, like perception, cognition, emotional process, imagination, intellect, etc., constituting specific mental components, functions and capabilities, which have the potential to change and grow.

Mental Operating System: The entire architecture of our operating mental processes and functions like perception, cognition, emotional process, problem solving, imagination, memory, doing/Will. This would include the logical structure and interconnections of the different mental processes and the stages and steps of their interactive and integrated functioning. This system is a dynamic integrated complex which has an in-built capability to change and grow over the course of its evolution.

Mental processing: A many stage process of mental data (cognized) processing, which involves inputs from relevant mental departments for coming to a conclusion for application. This can be from a subjective or an intellectual standpoint.

Mental programmes: Programmes of our mental functions and processes based on mental software (see below)

Mental Response System: The overall integrated mental system made up of individual capability areas or specific modules of mental responses like perceptual, cognitive, memory, emotional, intelligent, reasoning, intellectual and Will.

Mental software: The software of our mental processes and functions made from the non-molecular codes within genes. These software are non-biological processes made up of massless energy forms. They are dynamic in terms of their functioning and also the capability to change and evolve in response to the changing needs and environment of living things.

Mental templates: The mental patterns (or protocols) that form through repetitive experience and application/doing, and eventually become software programs which the mind uses for processing mentally tangible data. These templates exist at all levels of mental functioning/processing starting from perceptual to emotional and intelligent functioning. To take an example, we have templates for our emotional and intellectual positions, ideas, motivations, and also their doing.

Mental tools: Tools of perception, awareness, nonverbal emotional processes, verbal intellectual processes, and Will process, created from hybrid (massless magnetic mental energy and mass based biological energy processes) building blocks and for the specific purpose of perceiving, cognizing, dismantling, modifying, and changing existing mental processes, components and functions and making new mental processes.
Multiple potentials of energy: A state where energy is lying dormant as a potential with all possibilities of acquiring the form of a concretized energy packet.

Nature’s dynamic: The overall state of motion, interconnection and interaction in Nature and its consequences in the form of evolving new forms and processes.

Non-Biological Process: A process that cannot be reduced to the basic building blocks of biology because it incorporates those energy states and interactions which are neither atomic nor molecular.
Nonverbal mental intelligence: The mental process of intelligence, which mainly consists of processes like cognition, classification, evaluation, problem solving, and conclusion making process, is not only a verbal process but also has a nonverbal component. The fact that intelligence also operates at the nonverbal level can be seen from its existence in animals. In human beings this process becomes more developed and complex, more so after the inception of verbal language which enabled a larger memory fund and consequently more elaborate abstractions, which then became inputs for the development of nonverbal intelligence processes. The process of intuitions, insights and perceptions (which cannot be expressed or explained verbally) in people is an evidence of these processes. In our view the nonverbal mental processes constitute quite a large part of our mental processing but since they operate covertly (at the unconscious and subconscious levels) and we experience the verbal processes more in our awareness hence we end up equating intelligence only with the verbal process.

Nonverbal mind: This includes the pre-verbal mental processes (perceptual emotive, problem solving, memory, Will) in all pre-human life forms, and also the post-verbal nonverbal (ranging from elementary emotions and drives to developed sensitivities and feelings) in human species. Although human beings experience the verbal mind more at the level of awareness but it is actually the nonverbal mind that largely determines their thinking and doing.

Objective: Any understanding which is in sync with the logic of a specific phenomena, and the Universal Logic Process (see below).

Operating programmes: The continuously functioning programmes, based on the gene-based software for all our physiological and mental functions.
Personality: An aggregate product of the on-going functioning of our mental systems based on various mental modules which are specialized capability areas of the mind like perception, cognition, imagination, emotional structure. Our sense of ‘I’ is a layer of unified experience and response, which arises when we become aware of our experience of ourselves and other mental processes and products.

Phenomena: In our work the term phenomena refers to all energy and matter forms, functions and processes existing in Nature, irrespective of their subjective intangibility or tangibility. That is, without any existing distinction that we make between subjective and objective.

Pleasure cognitive program: The mental program that records the perceptual data and converts and classifies it in terms of the different categories of pleasure and their grades and layers.

Post-biological: A hybrid mental process, which emerges out of biology and is made up of massless pre-big bang energy forms and heavier post-big bang energy formations. This term is also being used for intellect-based human mental processes operating beyond biology based subjective agenda (needs, desires, motivations, ideas).

Post-verbal intelligence: The advanced intelligence process which evolves in human beings after developed language in the period of civilization. It is primarily driven by the subjective agenda based on simple and complex needs and desires of an individual.

Primary energy form: The fundamental energy state from which the known forms (or what we may call secondary forms) of energy and matter arise.
Programmed process: The post random process stage of Nature’s evolutionary journey, which emerges with living things and their genetic software. In this stage the biological and mental systems of a living form are primarily driven by the individual genetic software and programmes (made on the basis of the software). Due to this fact the character of a living thing’s operating systems becomes individual centric and repetitive.

Random process: The evolutionary state of Nature preceding the emergence of living things (including also the pre-big bang phase) and their mental apparatuses in the form of emotive, perceptual, intelligence and Will processes. In this state all processes of motion, interaction and evolution in Nature, were neither internally deliberated by forms/phenomena, nor occurred on the basis of any intelligence or knowing. They took place haphazardly, but logically on the basis of the properties of those forms/phenomena and their interaction with the environment. So random process does not mean there was no logic to it. We acknowledge that randomness is how they appear to us but actually the interactions would be happening logically.

Subjective: Our existing software based and dominated mental functioning, in which the criterion is not objective reality. Although this subjective functioning is also a part of objective reality, which means that it is a logical process in Nature, with real/objective mechanics.

Software-based intelligence: See the term ‘Intelligence’ in this glossary

Sensitivity process: Developed emotional and feeling processes that arising from a growing interaction and synthesis between the maturing intellect and the emotional like/dislike and pleasure/pain processes.

Unconscious Dialectical Process: The unconscious/unintelligent process of motion, interaction and evolution through conflicts and contradictions [For more detailed understanding see the terms ‘Dialectic of Contradiction’ and ‘Conscious Dialectical Process’ in this Glossary]

Unconscious Energy: The term ‘unconscious energy’ refers to all the energy processes/forms in Nature minus conscious energy. [Also see the term ‘Conscious Energy’ in this Glossary]

Universal Logic Process: The macro dimension of Nature encompassing all space and time (past and future), and phenomena (forms and processes), which are not static but operate as dynamic processes both internally and externally, in accordance with their specific logics. So Nature as a whole is an aggregate (not mechanical but organic and dynamic) of all phenomena existing as processes and their respective logics, and also a macro dynamic evolutionary process itself, with its own fundamental underlying logic, which has been and is continuing to evolve.
